Recognized as a pioneering #LeanLeader in the #MiddleEast‘s design and #construction sector, her #career, which began in 2008, has been marked by rigorous research and practical application of Lean principles.
Her #master’sdegree thesis focused on integrating Lean #management with Building Information Modeling (#BIM), reflecting her deep commitment to innovative practices. As a PMP-certified professional and #BIM practitioner, Dawlat adeptly merges Lean methodologies with #projectmanagement, #BIM, and #sustainability.
In 2019, Dawlat played a crucial role as an active core team member in founding the Lean #Construction Institute in Qatar (LCIQ), serving as Executive Director of #Marketing and #Communication for three years. In 2023, she joined the Associated General #Contractors of #America (AGC), significantly contributing to the Lean Construction #Education Program (LCEP) and becoming the first certified Lean Lead Instructor in the Middle East. She has delivered LCEP sessions across the #USA, #Qatar, and the #MiddleEast.
